Technical Suitability: We verify that your uploaded imagery has the necessary resolution and clarity to be translated into our chromatic glass layers.
Artisanal Alignment: Our experts analyze how light will interact with your specific colors to ensure the final product achieves the desired “Chromatic Projection” effect.
Quality Assurance: By reviewing the design before production begins, we prevent manufacturing errors and ensure the piece meets our 1-year manufacturing guarantee.
The Authorization Process: Security First
We respect the investment of our global clients. To provide total peace of mind, we have implemented a secure “Authorize-Only” payment system:
Authorization: When you place an order, your bank authorizes the funds, but no money is actually taken from your account yet.
Expert Review: Within 3 days, our studio reviews your file for production readiness.
Capture & Launch: Only once your design is approved do we “capture” the payment and begin the hand-fusion process in Jodhpur.
If a design is found to be unsuitable for our artisanal process or violates our suitability guidelines, we simply void the authorization, and the funds are released back to you immediately—no complicated refund process required.
