Warranty Program

Our 1-year manufacturing warranty covers structural defects in the glass and the integrity of the internal chromatic layers under standard environmental conditions [cite: 2025-10-29]. It specifically protects against delamination or color fading when the product is maintained according to our guidelines.

Please contact our studio with your order number and high-resolution photographs of the installation. Valid claims require proof that the installation was performed using pH-neutral adhesives, as acids will void the warranty.

We utilize premium carriers like DHL Express and FedEx to ensure the safe, global transport of our artisanal glass. Every shipment is crated in specialized packaging to prevent transit damage.

Due to the bespoke nature of our hand-fused glass, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping damage reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

If a return is authorized due to a manufacturing defect, Trimoss will cover the return shipping costs or replacement. For all other inquiries, shipping fees remain the responsibility of the client.

Digital gift cards are available through our shop and can be used for both ready-made collections and custom studio commissions.

Coupons may be applied at the cart summary stage for eligible artisanal collections. Please note that promotional codes cannot be combined with architectural trade discounts.

The specialized metallic and mineral layers within our glass react negatively to acidic compounds. To preserve the Chromatic Projection effects and ensure structural longevity, only pH-neutral silicones or adhesives must be used.

Absolutely. As a studio-first brand, we offer a ‘Made-to-Measure’ service. Please contact our design team with your wall dimensions, and we will resize any mosaic pattern to fit your space perfectly without compromising the artistic ratio

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the fragile and bespoke nature of our hand-fused glass, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Returns are only authorized for manufacturing defects or shipping damage reported within 24 hours of delivery.

If you receive a damaged piece, email contact@trimoss.com within 1 day of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. Once verified, we will cover the return shipping costs, or provide a replacement.

In the event of a valid exchange due to a manufacturing defect, any original discount or promotional code applied to your order will be honored for the replacement piece.

No. As every Trimoss piece is hand-fused at our studio in Jodhpur, all returns and quality audits must be processed through our central studio to ensure the structural integrity of the glass.

Shipping & Recent Orders

We ship all artisanal collections from our Jodhpur studio using premium, high-security carriers such as DHL Express or FedEx to ensure the safest possible transit for your glass.

This can occur if the carrier has marked the package as delivered upon reaching a local sorting hub or if a neighbor or concierge has signed for it. If you cannot locate your crate, please contact us within 24 hours so we can open a trace with the carrier.

 

The total time from order to doorstep is divided into two phases to ensure artisanal perfection:

  1. Studio Production (The Making Time): As each Trimoss piece is hand-fused, please allow 14–21 business days for the artisanal creation process. This includes our mandatory 72-hour design and quality audit to ensure the glass meets our structural standards.

  2. International Transit: Once your piece is carefully crated, shipping via DHL Express or FedEx typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your global location.

Total Estimated Lead Time: Approximately 4–6 weeks.


  • Hand-Fused Quality: Unlike mass-produced items, our glass requires specific firing and cooling cycles in the kiln to achieve its unique “Chromatic Projection”.

  • Structural Integrity: We perform a final audit after the glass has set to ensure it is ready for long-term architectural use.

  • Bespoke Nature: If you have requested a custom design, the making time ensures every detail of your commission is captured before it leaves Jodhpur.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Indian national holidays and public holidays in your destination country. Our Jodhpur studio remains active during these times for hand-fusing and quality checks.

As soon as your order is carefully crated and picked up by the carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow its journey.

Tracking updates may pause while your package is undergoing customs clearance or moving between international transit hubs. If there has been no movement for more than 3 business days, please reach out to our support team at contact@trimoss.com.
