1. Image Quality & Format

  • Resolution: High-resolution digital files are required to capture the detail of our glass fusion process.

  • File Types: We prefer PNG, or JPEG, formats for the highest color accuracy.

  • Architectural Scaling: Our Jodhpur studio will scale your imagery to fit your specific dimensions as part of our customization process.

  • Brand Standards: As a luxury architectural studio, Trimoss reserves the right to refuse designs that do not align with our brand aesthetic or production capabilities.

  • Vulgarity Clause: Imagery that is deemed offensive, vulgar, or obscene will be rejected during our 72-hour review window.

  • IP Rights: Ensure you have the legal right to use the imagery provided; we do not manufacture copyrighted material without owner consent.

  • Manual Review: All custom uploads are reviewed by our design team within 3 days (72 hours).

  • Payment Authorization: Your payment is “authorized” but not “captured” until your design is approved for production.

  • Cancellation: If a design is refused, your payment authorization will be voided immediately, and no funds will be taken.
